of JSW Paint Dealership Program for Paint Partners

The relationship between the Paint Partners and JSW Paint Dealership will be on a principal to principal basis and will not create any partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or principal-agent relationship
At no time shall the Paint Partners represent to any third party that the scope of its association with JSW Paint Dealership extends beyond the scope set out here.
Paint Partners have no authority to make any changes to the JSW Paint Dealership products, services or offerings in any manner.
Certain promotions or offers as specifically made available to Paint Partners at JSW Paint Dealership’s sole discretion (Promotions), shall be communicated by the Health Partners to the potential customers without any modifications. Paint Partners do not have any right to modify the Promotions communicated by JSW Paint Dealership or to offer any other financial or other incentives to customers to place orders.
Paint Partners shall not make any representations or assurances to the customers save and except what is communicated to them in writing by JSW Paint Dealership. Paint Partner shall be personally responsible for any misrepresentation to the customers and shall also be responsible for penalties and liabilities arising therefrom.
Paint Partners shall not make unsolicited offers/advances to potential customers without their explicit consent.
As part of this opportunity, Paint Partners may have access to certain customer contact information, prescriptions and medical information which are confidential and have been made available for the specific use case for enabling orders on Tata 1mg. Paint Partners shall not store, retain, share or use such information for any other purpose.
The Paint Partner Program will be governed by laws of India including all applicable laws, regulations and rules; and terms of engagement shall be communicated and shared by JSW Paint Dealership with Paint Partners at the time of onboarding via email or otherwise. JSW Paint Dealership reserves the right to modify such terms of engagement from time to time.
